All appointments must be confirmed with payment. Unconfirmed time slots will be considered available until paid.
Rescheduling and cancellations must be done at least 8 hours in advance by client unless there is an emergency. Appointments are non-refundable as they take up time and are missed opportunities for others.
Dr Foster does NOT call you, come to your home, or contact you for video calls. You must refer to your confirmation emails for all directions.
All emails will come from Paypal or Contact@drrebeccafoster.com. Please make sure both are whitelisted on your email server. Check Junk for mail.
Time is important to everyone. If an appointment is scheduled and missed, it takes away from others’ readings and things that could have been scheduled during that time, which is a waste for everyone. If I need to reschedule for any reason, I will contact you immediately to prevent issue and reschedule on the spot.
